Pretty Girl

Pretty Girl is a 2009 APHA sorrel mare (breeding stock paint), standing approx. 15.2h.

Pretty Girl is a horseman’s (or woman’s) horse.  If you treat her right, she will give you everything she has.  She is a mare with a lot of feel.  Responsive to the leg and hand.  Sidepasses, yields both ends.  Been ridden in the arena and has had lots of outside riding miles: in the desert, in the hills/mountains, moving cows, ranch roping.  Smooth ride, careful and thoughtful with her feet.  She’s a big walker.  Has done trail obstacles, crosses ditches.  Knows tarps, whip cracking, slickers, bridges, log drag, and logging cattle.  Works a gate.  Good with dogs.  One of the prettiest movers you’ll find.  She floats across the ground.  Great mind.  Sweet disposition.  Gets along great with other horses.  Excellent ground manners.  Not marish.  No vices.  Good conformation.  Trailers, stands for a farrier, bathes.  Great feet, goes barefoot everywhere.  Sound.  Has been used to flag colts.  Have doctored calves off of her.  Would be excellent in dressage or western dressage.  Would make a great mom (broodmare).  If you are looking for a partner that can take you anywhere you want to go, and look good doing it, this is her.  Experienced rider only.  Right home an absolute must.
