We've Moved!!!

Our Last Show of the Season
October 28, 2014
We just came back from our last show of the season and what a show it was! Kate and her horse moved up a level to Training and had three stellar rides for a very well deserved win. I took two horses: Miss KT Slew (a client's horse) and Georgia Peaches (my horse). KT won her division and Georgia placed 4th in hers. A perfect way to end the season. Link to the pictures is below.
A Very Successful Show

On August 30, 2014 we participated in a one-day show in Ogden, UT. Besides being a ton of fun, we were also very successful. Kate Holte won her Novice division and Jimmy, a horse I had in training, placed 4th out of 21 horses. Not a bad outing for Spirit Eventing :)
Where I'll be in September!

September 5-6, 2014 I will have travelled down to Garden City, KS to participate in another event hosted by the Colt Starting Challenge USA.
September 12-13, 2014 I will be down in Durango, CO judging one of the Colt Starting events.

Colt Starting Challenge in Cortez

I participated in the Colt Starting Challenge USA event in Cortez, CO. I was one of the trainers that took an unstarted horse and had two days to work with it and ride it. At the end of the second day, we went through an obstacle course. It was an amazing experience! I will be competing again in Garden City, KS on September 5-6, 2014.
